Scope: The Product/Catalogue Information analyst is a subject matter expert on the product information system. The analyst is responsible for user support and for ensuring back-end product data for the product catalogue is configured correctly

Responsibilities:

• The Analyst will be responsible for Level 1 user support of our PIM system application. They will guide the users on best practices for item setup.
• The role is responsible for ensuring back-end product data for the website product catalogue is configured correctly to achieve business users’ desired front-end treatment.
• The Analyst will liaise to provide additional 1:1 or group training where needed for system users to perform necessary activities.
• They will perform initial troubleshooting steps to resolve common issues such as determining if an item has reached all necessary data inputs to be visible on the website
• Subject Matter expert in PIM system - deep understanding of the implementation of the platform and its applicability to business outcomes.

Must Haves:

• 1-2 years as a product/catalogue analyst
• Data configuration of product catalogues
• Troubleshooting data issues
• Excel skills
• V Lookup and X Lookup Functions
• If Functions
• Pivot Tables
• Formatting data
• IF statements (COUNTIF etc.)
• Filter formulas
