Our client is looking for an Junior HR Services Representative responsible for acting as the first point of contact for employee and retiree HR inquiries across core HR programs, systems, and lifecycle events.(20535)


Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of hands‑on Human Resources experience supporting employees across multiple HR processes (e.g., onboarding, job changes, leaves, benefits, payroll, policy interpretation).
  • Minimum 1 year in a service‑driven role (HR service center, shared services, call center, or equivalent) handling high inquiry volumes with defined SLAs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR cases end‑to‑end, from intake through resolution, including coordination with internal HR partners.
  • Hands‑on experience accurately documenting HR inquiries using a case management system (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent).
  • Practical experience maintaining and updating HR data in Workday and/or SAP (transactional accuracy required).
  • Ability to navigate enterprise HR systems confidently to research, validate, and resolve employee issues.
  • Direct experience supporting employee lifecycle events, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completion within timelines.
