3 days onsite/2 days remote
5-10 years experience as a Vendor/Contracts Management Specialist
Must Haves:
· Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
· Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work (SOW) and related documentation
· Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI’s
· Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
· Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
