Intermediate Systems Analyst to assist with analyzing and implementing software solutions for our client's licensing business unit (Req 321)

Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Systems Analyst to assist with analyzing and implementing software solutions for our client's licensing business unit

Calgary based client. Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada (working MST). 37.5 hour work week.

Must have:

• 3+ year of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst focusing on web-based software solutions (COTS, Custom Software)
• 3+ years of experience in an analysis role focusing on software implementation projects
• Experience as a software developer or previous experience in a technical role.

Nice to have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and other project required artifacts
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and draft recommended solutions based on gathered requirements
• Assist in project planning and estimating
• Conduct knowledge transfer/expertise to other resources
• Provide status reporting, including formal reports and presentations, and other project artifacts
• Provide direction to other project resources as part of the solution implementation
• Communicate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
