Position Title: Scrum Master - Intermediate

Line of Business: Distribution technology // Formerly frontline technology

Duration: 12 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - Core day is Wednesday and third Friday of the month.

Office Location: 81 Bay 28th Floor

Project: the Scrum Master will be helping manage Sustainment Pod tasked with delivery of the tech fixes (EPPs), SF vendor releases, as well as, new functionality when other Pods are over capacity.

Job Description:

Enterprise CRM is made up of Salesforce application in the frontend and Microsoft Azure/ADF application in the backend. ECRM has multiple integrations with existing Banking applications and new integrations that are planned for F24.

• Educate, coach, and mentor development teams on Agile/Scrum best practices

• Support and educate the Product Owner

• Work closely with the Enterprise Agile Coach to ensure ADF and Scrum best practices alignment

• Advise Scrum Masters on facilitating key Agile/Scrum activities: The Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospective Meetings, Backlog Refinement, Facilitate key Agile/Scrum rituals including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospective Meetings

• Facilitate scrum process for projects involving 4 - 7 departments.

• Promote Agile/Scrum values and support teams transformation to Agile/Scrum work practices

• Hold team accountable for the achievement of release objectives and commitments to stakeholders

• Analyze current processes assist Development Teams/Scrum Masters with the identification and implementation of improvements that optimize productivity and maximize business value

• Provide advice and feedback on how to execute Agile/Scrum methods

• Improving transparency across the organization and assisting with communication

• Ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget by identifying and removing impediments for the team

• Encourage organizational learning and transparency by communicating team objectives and progress cross functionally

Must Have Requirement:

-CSM certification

-SAFe certification

- 1-4 years relevant experience

-Knowledge and working experience with Agile

-Azure Experience

-Sales force knowledge or experience

Nice to Have:

-customer relationship management experience

Experience/Education:

• 0-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
