Intermediate Project Delivery Manager (PMP) with Public Safety Radio Networks experience to build PS and Commercial Radio Solutions for external clients.

Skills/Experience Required:

· 5+ years of Project Management (Waterfall)

· PMP Designation

· 5 years’ Technical Project Delivery

· 5+ years’ experience cultivating external client relationships throughout the project delivery cycle.

• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Additional/preferred experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business

- Background in electrical or mechanical engineering is an asset

Our client is looking for a PMP Certified PM with experience creating public safety and commercial radio solutions for their external client base. The PM will be engaged from the initial phases of the projects, working directly with the end customer to develop and refine and implement solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget.

They will be a superior communicator who is able to work with external clients, developing open and effective relationships that allow them to manage their client’s expectations and manage the ‘tough’ conversations as needed.

In additional to the skills/experience listed above - the PM will be responsible for all aspects of the project management cycle, including:

· including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring, and reporting

· creating, managing and communicating clear project schedules to ensure deliverables are met.

· monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project progress against scope, milestones, schedule and budget.

· working with project team members and customers to proactively address issues and risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

· building positive and productive working relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are understood and delivered upon

· delivering projects in accordance with technical specifications and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
