Our large oil and gas client is looking is looking for an Intermediate HR Data Analyst to refine and optimize strategic HR data analytics. 11943
Must Haves:
- 4 + Years experience in HR data analysis, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Understanding of HRIS systems and databases, with the ability to extract and manipulate data effectively.
