Our client is seeking an Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst specializing in tier 2 and 3 support of MacOS to work hybrid in Regina.


Must Haves

  • 5+ years as a MacOS Support and Engineering Consultant
  • MacOS operating systems, hardware and software
  • MacOS system administration, networking and security
  • Device management experience using Jamf MDM
  • Understanding of large enterprise IT infrastructure - Networks, Security, Cloud


Nice to Have

A bachelor’s degree in business administrator or computer science

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support to MacOS device fleet
  • Work closely with other IT teams such as Cyber and Network to remediate problems and incidents
  • Deploy software, OS and security updates to MacOS fleet
  • Build, test and deploy MacOS system policy changes
