Must Haves:
- Experience in communicating change strategy and tactics
- Minimum of 5 years delivering change on large-scale organizational change efforts across various industries
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Change management certification or designation
- Public Sector background
