Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to identify business process improvements and develop process maps to streamline and optimize processes in the oil & gas sector. (Req 8398)


4 days per week in office in our clients downtown Calgary office


Must Have:

  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience in enterprise organizations
  • Focus in or recent project work in business process improvements (optimizations or re-engineering)
  • Experience developing process maps and identifying process improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio


Nice to Have:

  • Oil & Gas Experience
  • Experience with Lucidchart
  • Agile Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Management Information Systems or related field


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive process maps to document current and future state workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within business processes
  • Document process descriptions, procedural documentation, standards, and policies
  • Build workflows and ensure effective synchronization between competing corporate initiatives.
