Intermediate Application Support Analyst to oversee systems configuration and provide technical support for a HCM (UKG) and ERP (Oracle NetSuite) implement

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Application Support Analyst to oversee systems configuration and provide technical support for a HCM (UKG) and ERP (Oracle NetSuite) implementation.

This is a Permanent role. Looking for candidates open to a hybrid model (3 days/week) at the office in West Vancouver.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in an Application Support Analyst (or equivalent), supporting Oracle NetSuite and/or HCM systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, etc.)
• Previous experience with data migration projects, supporting and implementing system configurations/customizations (i.e., custom data fields, workflow automation)
• Previous experience with SQL and Power BI or Tableau

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for applications (HCM, ERP), addressing technical issues escalated from the help desk across the organization.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.
• Lead the planning and execution of data migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new HCM and ERP platforms.
• Oversee system configuration efforts, implementing customizations to meet unique organizational requirements, such as custom data fields or workflow automation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during the implementation phase, ensuring effective communication, adherence to timelines, and resolution of challenges.
• Establish a robust post-go-live support framework, including the creation of user guides, training programs, and a dedicated support channel for end-users.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, to create real-time dashboards for executive leadership, providing insights into key performance metrics and enabling data driven decision-making.
