Description
The ServcieNow Developers will be hired to improve the efficiency of their IT Service Management (ITSM) module in accordance with client requirements.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Provide technical support on the existing ServiceNow environments, applications and modules
- Development and implementation of additional functionality and modules as directed
- Software configuration/customization including:
- screen/form design and layout
- workflow analysis, design and support
- data import/export scheduling, maintenance and validation
- configure required integration components (SSO, LDAP, Mid Servers, etc.) using REST, SOAP
- custom scripting
- develop resource pools, roles, skills, resolver groups
- design, configuration, and implementation of client specific reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and help provide estimates for configuration and development effortt
- Develop solutions in the ServiceNow platform that are sustainable and ITIL compliant
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, development best practices and implement ServiceNow related best practices

Must Haves:
- 4+ years configuring, customizing, and testing the ServiceNow Platform
- 5+ years within the last 8 years supporting the design and implementation of software systems
- 4+ years configuring, customizing, and testing the ServiceNow Platform
- 4+ years experience adding and administering ServiceNow modules
- Experience planning, executing, and testing multiple integrations (four or more) between COTS platforms and third-party tools using REST API
- 4+ projects within the last 8 years providing technical, functional training, and end-user training materials
- 4+ years troubleshooting techncial issues and maintaining upgrading technical environments
- 4+ projects creating and developing Automated Test Framework (ATF) cases on the ServiceNow platform
