Description
- Project Scope: Enterprise project - creating e-learn / videos job aids and assessment and surveys
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer
- Experience creating surveys or proficiency assessments
- Knowledge of Question Design best practices
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) and testing using Freedom Scientific JAWS Screen Reader
- eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products
- Vyond, Qualtrics
NICE TO HAVE:
- Certification from a recognized Training Evaluation organization such as Kirkpatrick Partners, ATD, Training Industry, etc.
- Videos using Adobe suite of products (especially Adobe Premier Pro) and Camtasia
- Process improvement or Lean SixSigma experience
