61297-1 - Sr .NET Developer to enhance and maintain MortageHub and SecureHub applications a banking client

Position Title: Sr. Developer

Duration: 6 months with possible extension (or conversion to FT if interested)

Working Location: Hybrid, team typically comes in on Thursdays - DT Toronto

Role Mandate: The securitization team is looking for a specialized developer for the enhancement, development, and maintenance of the MortageHub and SecureHub applications in Capital Markets. They will perform a variety of duties to analyze, develop, maintain, test, debug, implement, document and support applications under the Securitization umbrella.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a .NET Developer

• MS SQL experience - 6+ years

• Capital Markets LOB experience

Nice to have Skills

• Candidates with development experience with the TAO Solutions’ applications: MortgageHUB, SecureHUB would be an asset

• Candidates with mortgage securitization in Capital Markets experience would be an asset

• Mortgage Financing experience

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code.

• Interact with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers.

• Assess the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommend/decide on appropriate designs.

• Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitate final delivery.

• Devise data structures for target environment and platform attributes in alignment with accepted enterprise architectural patterns.

• Build solutions that are supportable, scalable and helps achieve our targets for application rationalization.

• Recommend and automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency.

• Supports the management of specific project deliverables & outcomes.

• Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.

• 1st round with HM & a developer - 30 mins

• 2nd round with HM & their manager - 30 mins
