Essential skills
  • Contribute to enterprise technology initiatives aligned with business priorities while defining and communicating architectural standards, reusable design patterns, and technical guidelines.
  • Evaluate existing IT systems, workflows, and internal processes to recommend enhancements or modernization strategies.
  • Contribute to designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems and familiarity with ITIL, SDLC/Agile methods, and ITSM tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka), API/security environments, and AWS/serverless/OpenShift.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Has 3+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and manage IT systems to support business objectives and operational needs.
  • Gather and analyze technical and operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Evaluate existing IT systems, workflows, and internal processes to recommend enhancements or updates.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures across the software development lifecycle to enhance efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and ensure compliance with organizational and user requirements.
  • Create and execute quality assurance plans and testing protocols for both new and existing systems to ensure stability, functionality, and performance.
  • Identify, investigate, and document system issues and discrepancies, and coordinate necessary corrections or updates.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on computer systems to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime.
