What does your role involve?
  • Balance and monitor hotel revenues and prepare daily reports
  • Warmly welcome guests and anticipate their needs
  • Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
  • Assign rooms, issue keys, and provide guests with information about the hotel
  • Process financial transactions and billing
  • Identify special requests and verify the accuracy of reports
  • Handle complaints and make appropriate decisions
  • Apply Marriott brand policies and standards
  • Collaborate with all departments to build guest loyalty
  • Inform guests about local attractions and services in the area
  • Perform any other related duties
Required Qualifications
  • DEP or DEC in Accommodation Management or Hospitality
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in high-volume customer service
  • Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Accounting knowledge is an asset
  • First Aid certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of POSITOUCH and LightSpeed is an asset
