$50/hour in Montreal and surrounding urban areas
$75/hour in regional contracts
Much higher rates for northern contracts, reaching well over $100,000 per year in salaried earnings

Support and reliability: Our agency is known as the most secure agency in Québec, with a dedicated team ensuring your comfort before, during, and after your contract.
Many Respiratory Therapists hesitate to leave the public sector, but once they compare salaries, the decision becomes clear.
Public sector average: $32–$45/hour, often with mandatory overtime and limited flexibility.
Private clinics: Rarely exceed $40–$45/hour.
SERESPRO:
$55/hour in Montreal
$75/hour in regions
