Description
Kootenay-Columbia School District (No. 20) is looking for casual employees for the On-Call List for Inclusion Support Employees (Education Assistants, Child Care Workers, and Child and Youth Care Workers). Casual staff can expect to work 3 to 5 days a week; however, casual work cannot be guaranteed. Individuals looking to work in a rewarding team environment all across our School District (Rossland, Trail, Fruitvale, Castlegar, Robson) with the likelihood of attaining a permanent position in the future should apply immediately!
Qualifications
- Completion of an Education Assistant one-year certificate program, which includes a practicum, or equivalent combination of education, recent training, and experience.
Job Details
- Rate of Pay: Ranges from $30.60/hr + 13.4% in lieu of benefits = $34.70/hr to $32.12/hr + 13.4% in lieu of benefits = $36.42/hr
- Inclusion Support Employees have winter break, spring break and summers off!
