Your Role at the Heart of Production
As a CNC Machinist at Scholer, you are responsible for your own production.

Independent Setups: Perform complete setups (tooling, offsets, program validation) on CNC milling machines and/or lathes.

Precision Machining: Operate equipment and optimize machining parameters.

Quality Control: Inspect your "first-off" pieces and ensure dimensional compliance according to tight tolerances.

Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement regarding methods and cycle times.

Collaboration: Work alongside programming, quality, and supervision teams to maintain our high standards.
Profile

Education: DEP (Vocational Diploma) in Machining Techniques or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years.

Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and understand tight tolerances.

Rigor: Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.

Autonomy: Capable of managing production and setups from A to Z.

Assets: Experience in a structured environment or the aerospace sector.
