What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Communications & Projects
Location: Hybrid - Vancouver, BC Canada
Expected start date to end date: August 2026 - December 2026
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
We seek a proactive individual with a flair for innovation and a passion for communication and program management. In this role, you will work with global experts on the P&C Advisors team on topics Global Communications, Program Management, Analytics Audits and Quality Management. More specifically, you can expect to be involved in activities in the following areas:
- Support Internal Communications Strategy though such items as creating compelling content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, video production and editing, and team announcements
- Contribute to editorial planning and brainstorming, supporting the team with creative ideas for campaigns and projects
- Develop visuals, graphics, and multimedia assets to accompany written content, enhancing clarity and engagement
- Assist with maintaining the team’s Knowledge Base by conducting proactive reviews to ensure content is well maintained and making updates with direction from Program Manager or Service Owner.
- Collect data from service owners and key stakeholders to compile updates such as regular status reports and quarterly newsletters.
- Organize and update team documentation updates such as the team timeline and analytics documentation.
- Analytics audits to ensure standards of excellence are being followed
- Support quality experience management analysis
- Provide support to team enablement and information sessions such as team meetings and Leaders What's Next.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Education: currently studying Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or have a vested interest to get to know HR work
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
- You are exceptionally organized and quality driven, have problem-solving skills, and can think both creatively and analytically
- You show a high level of accuracy with an exceptional attention to details
- You have a healthy curiosity for learning new things and proposing solutions with out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to work in a global team that stretches across extensive time zones and has a variety of cultures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop)
- Fluent communication in English is very important as we are a global team - other languages are a plus
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages
- You act with the highest level of integrity as you may be exposed to sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines
