What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Content Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, BC
Expected Start Date: 2 September 2025
Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week
The TT PMO team is looking for a Digital Content Intern to support planning and execution of key content & communications initiatives. The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of digital content within the CSM organization. He/she is responsible for ensuring digital content is consistent, engaging, on-brand and effective in driving customer outcomes. Coordination responsibilities include overseeing curating content, organizing assets, populating templates. This will include working closely with executives and leaders, developing well-defined plans and managing day-to-day communications to help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
This role will empower our customer facing motions to deliver the highest standard of engagement, consistency and value.
- Oversee development & optimization of key digital assets, including touchpoints, landing pages, SharePoint sites, and one-pagers.
- Prepare communication briefs targeting specific business objectives for global teams
- Prepare and share quarterly global internal newsletter
- Prepare content for inclusion in bi-weekly employee engagement and enablement newsletter
- Make recommendations on content deployment methodologie
- Oversee maintenance of existing content management and knowledge management platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement to content design principles

Education: Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
The ideal candidate has an interest and expertise in communications, copywriting, video creation, graphic design and storytelling.

Qualifications
- Willing to commit for 8 months full-time internship starting September 2025
- Team player attitude with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage working relationships with key internal stakeholders and business units
- Excellent written and oral communication in a variety of formats
- Professional experience in communications & content development
- Demonstrated expertise in managing creative and communications projects
- Effective storytelling and copywriting/editing skills
- Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on good content design & delivery methods
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and audio/video editing software)
- Graphic design and content production skills
- Experience in building and managing knowledge site (SharePoint, MS Teams)
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
