What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Digital Content & Branding

Location: Vancouver, BC (On-site)

Expected Start Date: 1 December 2025

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

The Digital Content & Branding Intern will be responsible for managing digital content, creating assets, and maintaining brand identity for HCM Adoption Office. This role involves ensuring that all digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Digital Content Management:

  • Design and maintain HCM Adoption Office SharePoint content
  • Organize and upload content for the repository, review, and update content to ensure accuracy

Asset Creation and Update:

  • Create videos, one-pagers, and slide deck presentations
  • Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure content meets guideline

Content Inventory Maintenance:

  • Organize and upload content for repository, review, and update content to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate and collect submissions for the HCM Adoption Office Expert Blog and newsletter articles

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Education: Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
  • Strong design skills with experience in graphic design tools such as Canva
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of branding and content management systems
  • Experience with multimedia production, including video and slide presentations

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18-30 CAD. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
