What you’ll do
- Plan and create engaging post-sales email campaigns that align with customer journeys and drive product adoption, usage, and satisfaction
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across various customer-facing and internal formats such as emails, PowerPoints, SharePoint pages, and internal enablement materials
- Leverage generative AI tools to craft persona-aligned messaging tailored to specific solutions, roles, and value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Customer Success Managers (CSMs), product leads, and solution experts-to identify content gaps and standardize messaging across segments
- Manage stakeholder relationships to gather input, align content goals, and ensure content meets both business and customer needs
- Curate content packages that CSMs can present to customers, tailored to key priorities and business moments across the customer lifecycle.
- Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and continuously improve content effectiveness and engagement.
- Audit recurring customer needs and questions proactively, focusing on commonly requested services and topics that need clearer guidance or visibility.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, marketing communications, or digital content creation, preferably in B2B or tech
- Excellent written & verbal communication, strong storytelling, copywriting, & editing skills across formats (emails, presentations, internal comms)
- Ability to assess, improve, and provide feedback on content design, layout, & delivery
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across regions & functions
- Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple content projects on tight deadlines
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and content personalization strategie
- Proficiency with digital content tools; familiarity with Gen AI & desktop publishing is a plus

The targeted combined range for this position is 112400 - 191100(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
