EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do the following:
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.
- Analyze complex, real world, unique problems; often working in production environments.
- Feel the satisfaction from delivering a solution to customers that make their businesses run simpler and better.
- Meet, work and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
- Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments and multinational companies around the globe.
- Participation in After Hours Support & Weekend shifts as scheduled.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
Strong team player and collaborative mindset for a global team.
Enjoy working directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing and case management system.
WORK EXPERIENCE
2 to 5 years of relevant experience - software support or systems administration for enterprise-level software systems or cloud services, and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
Experience with Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX systems.
Experience with SAP ERP Systems would be beneficial.
Prior customer service or customer support experience preferred.

The targeted combined range for this position is 54200 - 92100(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
