Your role:
  • Distribute, sort, file and design documents and reports related to sales, cash systems, inventory, human resources, and others
  • Act as a resource person for regional and head offices, locating and providing various information
  • Purchase office supplies and track store expenses
  • Oversee store events and operations, including schedule and resource management, team member coordination, meeting documentation, and time and attendance system maintenance
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:
  • High school diploma
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Autonomy, reliability and discretion
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel in Windows environment
