Your Role
- Act as spokesperson during the renewal of collective agreements for the Rona and Rona+ banners.
- Negotiate and draft letters of agreement related to current collective agreements.
- Actively participate in the development, monitoring, and updating of strategic labour relations directions.
- Establish close partnerships with operations project teams to ensure business projects align with collective agreement realities.
- Provide guidance to store teams, HR Business Partners, and corporate teams on the application and interpretation of collective agreements and applicable laws (Quebec).
- Deliver training on specific labour relations topics.
- Compare the content of all internal collective agreements and some external ones.
- Propose monetary negotiation mandates in line with the company’s strategic labour relations directions.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on steps following the signing of a collective agreement.
- Represent the company, when needed, before the Administrative Labour Tribunal during conciliation and mediation sessions following complaints.
- Maintain and foster good business relationships with various unions in a context of continuous improvement in labour relations.
- Be able to replace their superior during occasional absences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Law, or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in labour relations or human resources, with prior experience as a spokesperson during collective agreement renewals.
- Experience in labour relations within the retail sector (multi-site).
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of WorkDay (an asset).
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Quebec.
- Skilled communicator.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and exercise sound judgment.
- Known for maintaining harmonious professional and business relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure in various contexts.
