We are looking for a high-potential Senior FP&A Analyst - Supply Chain to join our Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations and plays a key role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and decision-making for distribution centers and other supply chain activities. This position goes beyond traditional analysis by acting as a proactive business partner, providing forward-looking insights and helping shape initiatives that optimize operations and drive performance.

Your role :

  • Serve as a financial business partner to the Supply Chain operational team

  • Analyze and interpret periodic financial performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Accountable for month-end variance analysis and reviews

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing financial and operational drivers to enhance network productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives/projects

  • Synthesize and present financial insights to operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Support operational teams through ad-hoc analysis and follow-up on action plans

  • Lead and contribute to the forecasting and budgeting process, including assumptions and scenario analysis

  • Produce dashboards and reports to track performance and measure initiative effectiveness

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Science, Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, or related quantitative fields

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A

  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented

  • Experience with analytical, business intelligence & visualization tools

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA) and MS Access

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear insights

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English ( Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)

  • CPA or CFA designation an asset
