We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist - Signage, capable of working within a dynamic team responsible for in-store signage production, including promotional, permanent, and POP (Point of Purchase) signage. This person will play a key role in the coordination and production of in-store visual assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, print production, and consulting skills. They will collaborate closely with various internal and external teams, suppliers, printers, and graphic designers to ensure the quality and relevance of all in-store signage materials. You will be an integral member of an innovative team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a forward-looking company.

Your role

· Validate the signage materials to be produced during store openings/renovations, category revisions, circular promotions, and events, in collaboration with project managers for promotional, permanent, and POP signage.

· Analyze floor plans and planograms to propose the right assets.

· Work with different teams and suppliers to develop signage materials based on the needs for promotions, information and products..

· Collaborate closely with the graphic studio and external graphic designers to define project requests and directions.

· Work with the marketing teams to confirm content and visuals.

· Validate the development of presentation mockups for laboratory or in-store testing to obtain the necessary approvals for assigned projects.

· Ensure strict quality control of documents ready for print, adhering to graphic standards, and coordinate timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

· Coordinate requests for quotes, budgets, and approvals required for the production of signage.

· Follow up with external agencies to optimize the quality of deliverables, meet delivery deadlines, and ensure competitive costs.

· Adjust budget forecasts as projects progress.

· Create and produce distribution lists for signage materials based on assigned stores.

· Participate in the production of signage guides and instructions for various events, including in-store installation guides.

· Keep the ordering site updated as new materials are created.

· Consolidate and process purchase order (PO) requests and follow-ups.

· Ensure clear and effective communication by following up on all store requests and emails.

The qualifications we are looking for

· Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years in in-store signage and print production.

· Degree in marketing, industrial design, or any equivalent experience in a related field.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with tight deadlines and strong time management skills.

· Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

· Proven project management skills, with the ability to obtain consensus among teams and deliver projects on time.

· Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Knowledge of Adobe Suite (a plus).
