The HR Project Manager position is designed to support both store-related initiatives and the development and execution of the PRO strategy. This role works in close partnership with the PRO leadership team, HR Directors, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Centers of Expertise (COE) to ensure effective implementation of the PRO strategy and various store projects. The HR Project Manager acts as a key collaborator, driving alignment and progress across multiple HR and business priorities.
Your role
- Develop, support, and execute the HR PRO strategy.
- Suggest innovative solutions to enhance HR and operational processes.
- Work closely with HRBP teams, COE’s, and HR Directors to facilitate the rollout and adoption of the PRO strategy.
- Partner with the PRO business on the overall HR strategy for our PRO customer.
- Identify HR needs and propose strategies that foster business growth, including initiatives in learning, talent, workforce planning and compensation.
- Manage the planning and execution of store projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Work with various internal teams to guarantee that PRO and store projects remain aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and communicate relevant updates to teams involved.
- Foster strong cross functional relationship and alignment
The qualifications we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 7 years of progressive HR experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and/or authority
- 5 years of generalist HR experience covering multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development) while interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and processes
- 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team, with either direct or indirect report responsibility
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- 2 years of experience working across multiple locations
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
