Your role:· Develop and maintain strong business relationships with professional contractor customers by providing personalized consulting services and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
· Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to strengthen customer loyalty and drive sales growth.
· Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to grow the professional contractor customer base and capitalize on new business opportunities.
· Analyze sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the PRO department to guide strategies and optimize departmental performance.
· Ensure corporate merchandising standards are implemented within the department, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Stay informed about current market trends and competitor activities.
· Oversee the replenishment process for department products to ensure efficient inventory management.
· Motivate, coach, and develop team members by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals.
· Ensure compliance with PRO call objectives, as well as all PRO department processes, procedures, and guidelines.
· Monitor departmental goals using key performance indicators and implement the necessary action plans to achieve expected results.
· Support the team in developing behaviors and best practices that promote a best-in-class customer experience.
· Actively participate in the onboarding, training, and professional development of department associates.

What we're looking for:5 years experience in personnel management
Experience managing a retail business
Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
Excellent communication skills
