Be a strategic pillar in our supply team! As a Replinisher, you’ll play a key role in managing inventory and optimizing supply at the distribution center. You’ll anticipate seasonal fluctuations, adjust stock levels, and ensure accurate order management to prevent shortages Your expertise will directly enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your role:- Ensure optimal product replenishment based on the needs of the DDC (Direct Delivery Center) sites by using the various tools and systems available.
- Monitor purchase orders directly with suppliers, ensuring that all commercial terms and conditions specified on the purchase orders are met.
- Manage product replenishment while taking into account each site's receiving, storage, and inventory turnover capacities.
- Demonstrate agility in responding effectively to the complexity and variability of the Professional segment's business needs.
- Communicate supplier delivery delays to internal customers and notify the appropriate stakeholders whenever intervention is required.
- Contribute to achieving inventory position, inventory budget, service level, and inventory turnover objectives for all products under your responsibility by closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate supplier performance with respect to service quality and delivery lead times, and communicate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when corrective action is required.
- Perform any other related duties required to support the efficient operation of the department.

- Good knowledge of products, supply processes and warehousing requirements
- Ability to anticipate and proactively manage risks, with good judgment
- Communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Organization, attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and data analysis, with a focus on inventory optimization
