Our Expectations:
We are transforming our supply chain to be more agile, data-driven, and integrated. As a Business Analyst, Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving this transformation by supporting end-to-end strategic supply chain projects that span procurement, logistics, warehousing, demand planning, and inventory management.
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Operations Projects and working closely with a group of Project Managers, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams. Your focus will be on understanding operational needs, designing optimized processes, and supporting the implementation of solutions that strengthen performance, scalability, and service levels across the supply chain.
Your Role:
Business Process & Requirements Design

Lead the analysis and redesign of current-state processes across the full supply chain lifecycle.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and align stakeholders.

Define and document future-state processes and functional specifications, ensuring they support transformation goals.

Use process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, MIron) to illustrate workflows and enable effective solution design.
System Support & Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts

Partner with subject matter experts to ensure that system configurations align with evolving business processes.

Contribute to solution reviews, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring functional readiness and process integrity.

Actively support transformation initiatives by connecting business needs to technical capabilities and implementation timelines.
Project Engagement & Performance Monitoring

Contribute to strategic supply chain projects that aim to improve efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness.

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to track project and operational performance.

Identify data-driven insights and improvement opportunities to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Alignment & Change Enablement

Serve as a key point of contact between operations, IT, finance, and project leadership.

Present process designs, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Support change management through documentation, training materials, and communication planning.
The Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or supply chain analyst, preferably in a transformation or project-based setting (distribution, replenishment, transport, etc).

Proven experience working on large-scale supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, Demand Planning) and cross-functional initiatives.
Technical Skills

Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and integration points (distribution, replenishment, transport, etc).

Proficiency in business process documentation and tools (e.g., Visio).

Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, Excel) to support insights and reporting.
Soft Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
