Your role:
  • Lead the design and evolution of reporting and performance frameworks across supply chain functions

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic decision-making

  • Deliver actionable insights through executive-level dashboards, reporting, and data storytelling

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including dashboards, data models, and automated reporting

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting assets and performance metrics

  • Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency

  • Conduct advanced data analysis leveraging methods and AI-driven techniques to generate insights

  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection, trend analysis)

  • Lead BI intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning aligned with business objectives

  • Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practices in reporting and analytics

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for reporting and performance within the supply chain domain

  • Champion a data-driven culture and drive adoption of self-service analytics tools

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles

  • Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or similar platforms)

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building scalable reporting solutions

  • Exposure to advanced analytics or AI concepts is an asset

  • Familiarity with Python or similar tools for data analysis is an asset

  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective BI solutions

  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills, including experience supporting exec-level reporting

  • Experience defining KPIs and performance metrics to support business objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, prioritize work, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts

  • Experience in supply chain, transportation, distribution, or retail environments is an asset

  • Experience working in a context of transformation and adapting to evolving business needs
