Our expectations:
The Attendant, Motorized Order is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of orders to be prepared using a purchase order. The incumbent will handle, palletize, and transport the merchandise intended for shipping. Your role:
- Drive and operate an electric pallet jack
- Transport the goods to the designated locations
- Prepare regular orders for items located in their respective sections
- Prepare orders in other sections, upon request
- Ensure the cleanliness of their sections
- Occasionally place merchandise in their respective locations
- Perform all other assigned tasks
The qualifications we are looking for :
- High school diploma
- Good physical condition (must be able to handle medium and heavy merchandise, up to 50 lbs)
- Experience in order fulfillment (an asset)
- Compliance with health and safety measures in the warehouse
- Good visual/manual coordination
- Good attention span
- Ability to easily learn how to drive a conveyor cart
