Your Role:As a Dispatcher, you'll be at the heart of the action, bridging the gap between our transport orders and partner transport companies.

Your Daily Missions:

  • Travel Management: You will consult and manage orders provided by our sales team.
  • Strategic Communication: You will be in constant contact with transport companies via phone or email.
  • Negotiation and Follow-Up: You will negotiate rates and ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.
  • Problem-Solving: You will proactively manage issues and delays, building trustful relationships with carriers.
