What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Director of Purchasing and Logistics, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations: supporting production, coordinating supplier deliveries, and helping the team maintain its pace.

A stimulating and versatile position awaits you! You will be responsible for:

  • Creation, tracking, and updating of purchase orders
  • Coordination of supplier returns and management of return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
  • Validation and processing of supplier invoices and ongoing invoice tracking
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and proactive follow-up with suppliers
  • Support for procurement related to manufacturing operations
  • Support for non-production purchasing (supplies, consumables, services, etc.)
  • Updating data in the ERP system and in tracking files
  • Communication with internal departments and suppliers
  • Participation in continuous improvement of administrative procurement processes
What we are looking for:
  • DEP or DEC in administration, logistics, procurement, or any other related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and team spirit
  • Bilingualism required
  • Proficiency with computer tools, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to effectively balance operational tasks and regulatory requirements
