Job Description
  • Cook Asian dishes using a high-intensity gas wok;
  • Prepare ingredients required for recipes;
  • Monitor food quality in accordance with the company’s standards;
  • Participate in the development of the menu and new recipes;
  • Supervise kitchen operations;
  • Clean work areas and comply with applicable hygiene and safety standards.

Employment Type

Full-time, permanent position (35–40 hours per week)

Personal Qualifications
  • Hold at least a vocational certificate in cooking or an equivalent qualification;
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience as a cook specializing in Asian cuisine;
  • Be proficient in traditional Asian cooking techniques, including wok cooking;
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada;
  • Possess at least basic oral English-language skills.
Salary and Benefits
  • Hourly wage ranging from $28.00 to $38.00, depending on experience;
  • On-site parking available;
  • Two weeks of vacation per year.
