What will you do?
- P&L responsibility for the Comfort Protection Plan (CPP) and Cash on Delivery (COD) portfolio, particularly strategies for driving revenue growth.
- Lead the growth and overall financial health of our CPP and COD portfolios
- Manage the newer Electric Vehicle Charger and Generator portfolios
- Execute strategies to effectively manage customer attrition
- Work with the Field, Call Centre, Procurement and other partners across the business to manage customer experience
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and product profitability
- Work with a high-performance Sales, Service, and Marketing team to drive acquisition tactics, find opportunities to increase market share and introduce new offerings to drive growth.
- Identify new product introductions and drive go to market
- Work closely with Marketing Manager who will execute Marketing campaigns
- Manage inputs and regional nuances for pricing and offerings
- Identify customers that have a low/mid/high likelihood to churn for our key products and develop an action plan to proactively retain our base
- Drive retention through unique customer experience initiatives, call center partnership and strategic promotions
- Build a 2-year product road map
- Recommend regional opportunities for growth
- Present recommendations to the Leadership (and where appropriate) Executive teams
What do you bring?
- 5–10 years of experience in product or category management, with a focus on consumer markets and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and reduce attrition
- Proven track record managing large portfolios of recurring monthly revenue (RMR) products
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in growing sales through effective product portfolio development and management
- Strong analytical skills in revenue and margin performance, including business case creation and product performance tracking
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Skilled at building cross-functional relationships, influencing change, and holding teams accountable
- Experience in defining product positioning and translating strategies into impactful customer communications
- Strong collaboration with internal sales and marketing communications teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
