What will you do?The primary objective is to grow residential new construction revenues and earnings through new opportunities, standardization, and organizational efficiencies. Grow, Maintain, and further strengthen our client relationships in the Residential New Construction Market. Manage all new construction residential project installations from start to completion Work alongside team members and clients to understand needs, build strong relationships and deliver high quality service. Create, manage and implement standardization processes and procedures to teams. Deliver, monitor, and maintain Project Progress reporting. Maintain clear direction and communications with estimators, Schedulers, Warehouse, and personal. Monitor and Maintain inventory levels, material purchases, and material consumption with the help of our warehouse personal. Monitor and maintain HSE and COR certifications with the help of our safety team. What do we offer?
