Design, recommend and launch new products and financing programs based on market trends, customer needs and business objectives Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to ensure product differentiation and relevance Monitor product performance (from sales to delinquency), to identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Risk and IT teams to support and rollout programs Partner with IT to enhance loan origination system, reporting tools and customer facing interfaces Present performance updates to sales and business leaders Make lending decisions based on adherence to business policies and guidelines. Preparation of financials as well as involvement in business budgeting process. Responsible for the Credit & Loan Financial system.  Working with system vendors to resolve issues as well as scoping and implementing new initiatives. Evolve business processes to improve business performance and velocity. Develop and maintain training and support materials for internal and external business partners What do we offer? Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics or related field 3+ years in the consumer finance or credit industry with experience working with loan accounting (preferred) Experience in analytical thinking on delivering profitable product and portfolio sales and analysis. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with demonstrated expertise in interacting effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to re-design and implement new procedures, processes, campaigns, programs and strategies. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs Ability to focus on the long-term functional capability while meeting day to day business needs. Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
