We are seeking passionate Barbers /Hair Dressers to join our team, delivering high-quality grooming services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current hair trends, exceptional technical skills with clippers and shears, and provides a welcoming, professional experience.

We invite you to join our team and advance into senior roles in our multiple First Choice Hair salon locations serving customers for over 20 years in Mississauga.

You will be joining a family of over 300 First Choice Hair Salons established nearly 50 years ago in Canada. We are part of the largest Hair Salon group with over 4000 salons established in 1922 where we constantly invest in training and advancement of our team members to remain current with latest trends in industry.

In our hair salons we aim to provide our guests a great experience! Whether you’re giving a client a haircut, hair style, color and highlights or one of our specialty hair care services. It’s your skill matched with our proprietary training, tools and techniques that will set you up for success.

Our Salons cater to all genders and full range of hairstyling services . We offer competitive compensation which includes hourly wage plus commission and extended health and dental benefits. After successfully completing 6 months in your role you will be eligible for a one time joining bonus of $750/.

Requirements

• Barbering experience and or currently in training towards
• Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, eligible to work in Canada
• Enjoy working in a team
