Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Archer Platform Technology team is looking for a Sr. Archer Developer, who is passionate in leading the design, development, and enhancement of the Archer Platform to support our business stakeholders across the bank. This opportunity will offer a senior role within the team to perform analysis, document design requirements, carry out configurations, and support the test of system and software deployments.What will you do?Develop, document, and execute unit tests spanning system, integration and acceptance testing within the Archer applicationConducting analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systemsMaintain an in-depth understanding of the relevant Governance, Risk, & Compliance standards and procedures related to your initiativesProvide leadership and guidance to the project delivery teamPrepare high level and detailed technical specifications, user stories for medium to large projects in accordance with the Agile framework, security and architecture documentation objectivesImplement complex workflows, integrations, business rules, and data structures in the applicationDevelop detailed plans and accurate estimations for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of projectsWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:5+ years of Archer development experienceProject delivery experience on GRC projects, specifically Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy RiskSDLC process and Agile project methodology experienceKnowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies & Audit requirementsStrong knowledge and understanding of workflow design and application development techniquesNice to have:Business Analysis, Project Management skillsExperience configuring GRC tools similar to ArcherHTML, JavaScript, C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, Tableau, PythonExperience capturing and refining requirements directly from business stakeholdersWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
