What is the opportunity?

This role involves detailed technical analysis, design, development and support of Salesforce Platform applications using existing and emerging technologies. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments as a Technical Lead/Specialist.

What will you do?

  • Perform technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, implementation, and production support for Salesforce system integrations and customizations

  • Involve in all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications

  • Responsible for designing and supporting custom Salesforce applications and code to enable solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions

  • Support the team to Write, test, analyze, and implement high quality code according to specifications

  • Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes using version control systems

  • Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications are developed and/or maintained

  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

  • Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements, solution decisions

  • Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives

  • Coach & Mentor the development team

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 5+ years Salesforce Development/Lead experience

  • 5+ years of Web or other similar development

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions that may include form point-and-click configurations, workflows and flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)

  • Strong hands-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Experience Cloud & Financial Service Cloud

  • Demonstrated experience with Change Management/DevOps processes, and ability to utilize Version Management & Source control tools

Nice to have:

  • Highly confident in the utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX (CLI)

  • Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic solutions and interfaces

  • 2 or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
