Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As Regional Trust Advisor, you will promote RBC Royal Trust products and solutions to the Canadian Banking segment within your marketplace. You will partner with internal stakeholders to help them meet their clients needs. We are a team committed to helping clients achieve peace of mind now and for the future.What will you do?Collaborate with other Regional Trust Advisors to provide coverage and support to Personal Canadian Banking across your designated territoryPromote Royal Trust services to the Personal Canadian Banking segmentPartner with Financial Planners and Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, to build awareness of Royal Trust products and solutionsExecute consistent national activities to promote and raise awareness of Royal Trust products and solutionsDeepen customer loyalty by bringing the full power of RBC to themEnsure all RBC policies are adhered to in your interactions and employ due diligence in all activitiesPartner successfully with internal and external clients and endeavor to meet and exceed key sales objectivesWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveUniversity degree and completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial services industry and general knowledge of estate and trust related administrationA minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, including funnel management, tools, and trackingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel within designated regionNice-to-haveFinancial Planner diploma granted by the IQPFTEP designationPrevious experience in the Estate and Trust fieldExperience within the legal fieldWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
