Join our team and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions will make a real differenceWhat will you do?Lead the UI/UX design efforts for our DevOps platform applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.What do you need to succeed?Must haveProficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience designing complex web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility.Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.Nice to haveExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes.Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews and usability testing.Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.Whats in for youWe thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
