Job SummaryJob DescriptionAs part of a dynamic team at PH&N Investment Services (PH&N IS), you will be working in a group responsible for providing a high level of client service plus administrative and operational support to clients and Investment Funds Advisors in our business. You will deal with client-related issues involving account opening, trade and compliance-related tasks, spreadsheets and reporting, and liaising with clients and other departments over the phone, email or mail. For more information re: PH&N, please visit: https://www.phn.com.What will you do?Multi-task on duties shared within the team involving client contact to resolve their account opening or transactional requests; suitability discussions; unclaimed property and returned mail; tracking and redirecting inbound client mailings as appropriate; outbound client mailings/audit generated through an internal process, and others.Properly assess and discuss fund suitability based on the clients investor profile and within the regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely updates.Assist the Investment Funds Advisors with client onboarding questions or situations.Liaise with various internal departments for execution or clarification on client requests.Ensure adherence to compliance and other regulatory requirements on client trades, applications, mailings and business practices.What do you need to succeed?Must HaveCompletion of either Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Mutual Fund Licensed for at least 1 yearExperience with mutual funds in a similar role in the Investment Industry with a strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, investment rules and workings and rules around various account types (registered and non-registered investment accounts, RESP, TFSA, and entities).Demonstrated Excellence with Customer ServiceProficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.Business writing skills for letters and emails to clients.Nice to HaveExperience in the Canadian banking industryAbility to multi-task and keep organized as you work both independently and with a team.Bilingual - English/French would be an assetWhats in it for you?Join the leading asset management firm in Canada, immerse yourself in a money management firm and surround yourself with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
