The team is currently made up of five team members, with three located in Truro and two located in Halifax. This new team member would be based in Halifax and provide quality client service and support to the two individuals the will work closely with.What will you do? Work with a great team in a dynamic and rewarding environmentWork in a fast-paced environment dealing with HNW clientsFocus on key areas of support for the Advisor team, including:Financial literacy for client familiesPartnering coordination with internal RBC and external COI networkWealth management coordination for new and existing clientsInvestment management operations for team trade execution, process Investment Policy Statement updates, bulk tradingOversee and implement the social media strategy for the teamSupport the team in administrative tasks such as new client onboarding, meeting preparation, cash flow and other client quests, as well as tax planning coordinationUse Salesforce to document client communication from meetings and reviewsFollow up on account administration with clients or back office as requiredIn some cases work with limited supervision on short-term projectsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveUndergraduate degree or equivalentSuccessful completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment start dateExceptional client services skillsMeticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong Microsoft Office Suite skillsAbility to work well within a team, but also independently with limited supervision on individual projectsNice-to-haveKnowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and proceduresPrevious work experience in the RBC bank networkIndustry experience of 2+ yearsBilingual in English and French would be an assetWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
