Job Summary

Support the Meetings & Events team wherever necessary to help successfully plan and execute internal and external bank events, conferences and meetings

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Run various registration reports through RBCs preferred internal platform, Tembosocial, as required by the Meetings & Events team.

  • Enhance PowerPoint presentation decks for internal clients.

  • Provide administrative support as it relates, but not limited to, meeting planning; registration building, name badge distribution, onsite registration, etc.

  • Communicate with internal clients and internal & external suppliers in a skilled and professional manner.

  • Engage suppliers at clients discretion adhering to budget constraints

  • Liaise with other bank units and external supplies to ensure consistent and co-ordinated functions and schedules are adhered to.

    What do you need to succeed?

    Must have:

    Hospitality program

    Public Relations program

    Microsoft Office skill

    Nice to have:

    Technology background

    Graphic design Skills

    Volunteer work in social programs or events

    Capabilities:

    Good attitude
