Description
  • Perform revenue recovery activities by analyzing, validating, and billing valid PINs identified through revenue recovery and backbilling processes, including shipments unbilled for more than 45 days, reused PIN reports, accessorial ad hoc billing, and UPS address correction charges
  • Document all cases in Salesforce, and audit, identify, and resolve EDI and ESS manifest production issues using CLEO, RADAR, Salesforce, email, S4, and correction reports
  • Analyze and resolve EDI and ESS manifest file failures using CLEO, RADAR, Salesforce, and email
  • Monitor EDI and ESS manifest production files to identify system non-compliance, billing exceptions, missing data, and other issues that may impact billing
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, accruals, on-hold customer reports, and other required reporting
  • Communicate regularly with customers, third-party vendors, Purolator’s technology service provider, Sales, Administration, Operations, and other team members
  • Facilitate client calls and support resolution of system and billing issues
  • Support internal and external customers with billing issues, credit requests, and related root cause analysis
  • Prepare manual invoices for non-standard billing scenarios
  • Participate in occasional system testing and UAT for new tools or Purolator-designated process improvements
  • Perform other billing duties as assigned
Experience
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to interpret complex data and conduct accurate root cause analysis
  • Ability to assess data and issues to determine the appropriate course of action and best solution
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to adjust priorities quickly
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand complex concepts related to multiple system integrations and their role in supporting business processes
  • Experience analyzing data and working with diverse file formats
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and macros
  • SAP experience is required
  • Salesforce experience is required
  • Knowledge of EDI solutions and FTP protocol is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
