We are seeking a Junior Document Controller to support our growing team in Burnaby, BC.  In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving project excellence, collaborating with industry leaders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Support PMIS implementation by organizing and managing project correspondence, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Maintain accurate document logs, transmittals, and tracking systems.
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and stored in compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely processing and distribution of documentation.
Qualifications / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or project administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing correspondence, RFIs, and submittals in professional document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Local to Vancouver, BC
